A) There are several ways to pay for your Crescent City storage unit. You can deliver your payment directly to our managers on-site or pay online!

Q) When do I pay?
A) Your self storage is paid monthly in advance.

Q) Can I change to a different unit?
A) Yes! You can upgrade or downsize your storage unit when ever you like. 

Q) What storage security do you have?
A) Computer controlled access gates using your own personal code, digital surveillance cameras, security fencing, and night lighting. Check out our security page for more information!

Q) What about pest control?
A) D&B Self Storage has a regular pest control program in place. It is still very important that you do not store any type of food or perishable items in your storage unit.

Q) How do I choose the storage unit size I need?
